  • it still doesn't motherf*@#%#@ing work

something's got to be wrong with my TV set then. my direct TV loses it's horizontal hold every 10 minutes or so. the screen scrambles and i can't see jack. i got two new recievers and it's still doing the same f*&%$^*ing thing.

it works fine when it's pluged into the co-ax input, but it doesn't work when it's on the component inputs.

i wanna fucking cryyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy this is so annoying.

Seems to imply that there is a faulty connection with your component jacks.

I would say based on the fact that you have tried multiple receivers with the same result, that it is your tv or possibly the component cables.

my dvd used to be connected to video 2 and it never had that problem. now it's on the s-video output b/c the other component input is in the front of the TV and the playstation is connected to it.

i just put the new cable on, and cross your fingers but nothing has flickered so far!!!!

Try your receiver in the front component jacks and see if it does the same thing.

it flickered a little, and it seems to be going away.... i'm going to give it another hour then try the front jacks. could it be the bad jacks on the back if it didn't do that when the dvd player was on it? we just watched scarface last saturday with the dvd pluged into video 2 and it was fine all through that.

No not likely, I forgot about that. You have a strange problem lil' lady.
