I was thinking Hollywood is the opposite. Usually they stand there waving there arms or clutching there chest. I grew up on acreage and we had a 44 mag and a 303 rifle. I guarantee if you got shot with one of these you would not be able to run away. I just read it was a glock that was used. Not sure what cal they are but read this link about firearm stopping power

A Glock is made in many calibers. Really depends on the the caliber, type of ammunition, and where the person was shot. Your adrenaline is running so high unless it hits a vital organ you will not just drop to the ground. Can't tell you how many deer I've seen run 100 yards after taking a round to the lung. Most deer I shot and they just dropped without running is when it actually goes through the heart.

Can I ask you guys why you would watch that? I have no interest in watching something so horrible. I'm not going to watch something that the killer wanted us all to watch. You guys are in essence cooperating with this piece of shit by following along and doing exactly what he wanted you to do. That gives him power. Think guys..

It's not uncommon for people to run while being shit, in other words them being able to still move or flee while being hurt. I see your point, but also see what she did is very possible. I'm sure once she got about 5/10 feet out, her body collapsed.

Enough of the dudley do right, psycho analysis bullshit bro. It's human nature to be curious about such things. That's why people rubber neck for accidents, love combat sports, like violent movies etc.

You know something though; I hope and pray to god one day I'm in a situation like this or the ones where those young guys took over that pos on the train. I'd be the first to more than likely kill or heavily hurt the perpetrator. Everyone is all about subduing them, but when I lose my shit or in a complete state of shock, all bets are off son.

And fuck race, I'm Hispanic...try pulling a race card on us if we fuck up a black or a whit per man, not gonna happen on this barn :D

Yea the power of him being dead....he's gone:wave:

I saw the video again, and again. Reason why? Honestly it's an eye opener for me in so many ways; just to know that this could happen to anyone, is sick. I have a beautiful son, great life, etc...I take it for granted at times and when I see this shit, makes me grateful for what I do have and wish I could help that family in grief.

Why am I not curious about it? Speak for yourself, not for all of us.

I said it was human nature, I didn't say it was a nature of every human being on the face of the earth.

:agreed: Yeah I didn't even consider watching the video for even one second. Don't want to see that. I don't consider watching people dying on camera or even zit poping videos.

I get it. It's just how Bouncer presents things/himself like he lives by some high moral standard above others.

I get what he's saying and I'm ok with morals being a reason but my reasoni g wasnt morals in this case. Just some fu ked up shit I didn't want to see.

Edit: I gave it some thought and I have to agree with Bouncer. If it were one of my family members that were the victim I hope people would have be able to respect the sensitivity of the situation and put curiosity and entertainment aside to not watch the video. It would be harder to heal when so many people have seen it and talk about it.

If that's how you took it I would say you need to address your own inadequacies. I was simply asking a question and pointing out a fact. Those who watched the video did exactly what the killer wanted them to do. You were in this case his sheep. You may not like that fact but it is a fact none the less.
