And for the record, I didn't have a heart attack. lol I bet you have one soon with all the compounds you're pumping through your blood right now. At least with all your gray hair you'll look old enough to have one. Being honest though... you should dye your hair. Never seen someone your age with it.

Can't even see it with a hair cut. It's on the sides only and I've had it for years. Not an issue at all for me.

Being honest though, you're dwelling on negative a lot more these days I've noticed. It's a typical beta trait in someone who doesn't lift. Being honest again.. never heard of a stroke in someone your age. We're you a sickly kid to begin with or just grew into a sickly adult? ;)

Only negative thing I've said in a long time was about your gray hair. Sorry it's the only thing in my life right now that really bothers me. Keeps me up at night. Someone so young can look so old. Nothing wrong with dying your hair man. Lot of men in their 50's do it. Go for it. All or nothing!

Do you think you'll ever be able to get back to lifting at anything above newbie level or just gonna pick up a new hobby from now on?

Tell ya what would keep me up at night... knowing my body is shriveling up by the hour! :D

Alpha Chadd would use Steroids to heal the area and dismiss the doctor as a non-lifter beta. You've had plenty of time out of the gym. Your fine, I googled it.

Tell doc a famous internet bodybuilder gave you permission to return to AAS and heavy lifting with the condition that you use 12 grams fish oil per day and tb-500 to heal weak heart.

proven in studies to ONLY work at that dose. lower doses have proven ineffective. That's the thing. The recommended dose on the back of the bottle has never shown any benefits in the dozens of studies done. It's only when you get into the higher doses that fish oil has proven it's anti inflammatory and blood thinning effects. In other words the dose the average joe takes it at does nothing at all.

and being on AS is counterintuitive to what you're trying to accomplish with the pills.

Hopefully you've had a good profile on your blood work to compare before and after. Only way to see true facts as opposed to rats or mice lab results. And if they were done on people, I'm certain they probably don't lift or live a healthy lifestyle.

I know you have a mentality of justifying everything but I'm not buying the overkill on pills. If that were so true, you'd have millions of American people trying to get the quick fix.

Fish oil is available in prescription strength that is higher than OTC. If taking OTC it would be advisable to take a higher dose if looking for benefits. Prescription medications are studied on human subjects, so many studies regarding humans and fish oil have been completed.

Blood thickening and AS, you guys are obsessed with that shit. I would be more concerned about clotting due to your ancillary meds than the roids. A couple of studies showed increase risk of clot with test, but it isn't known if those people were just at a higher risk due to other means. The jury is still out on testosterone and clotting. I'm not saying it doesn't increase your risk, but your SERMs are the component to be worried about "thickening" your blood.
