Erod wanted cold and humidity free. Colorado is the best choice in the lower 48 IMO. Utah, Wyoming, Montana may be OK too, but at least WY and MT are a bit too remote for most people, I think.

If I could afford wyoming, montana, Idaho with my retirement I'd do it . After dealing with people for 30 years all I can say is I'm sick of them. Remote is what I want
