Once again I will say, good Muslims need to rise up with a much louder voice right now. Their religion is under attack and the loudest voice is coming from the extremest. The word "Muslim" is very quickly being turned into a very negative thing to the western world. Good Muslims, especially those living in the West need to stand up and take back their religion from these terrorists or else their identity will be lost and they will be grouped in with the filth.

They really do need to stand up and act like they care about what is going on. It happens when any other group of people is targeted. Why do they remain so silent?

Some good points on all sides here. I'm always torn between the scrum approach and the ripper approach.

I agree with rip in that ISIS use our kindness against us. They know if they hide amongst the innocent, the west wont touch them. My aggressive steroid side says lets show them our true power.

My calmer side also knows that scrum is correct. If we go in and just wipe out entire towns, cities, and countries you will create an even bigger problem and turn even more people against us.

I'm confused on the debate about refugees coming here. What's going to happen once they are here? Where is the money to take care of them coming from? Are they ever going back and who is going to pay for that? Two meme I have seen have good points.

We can take care of the refugees but can't take care of our veteran homeless?

And if they go on welfare

Social security is running out but we have plenty of money for welfare. One group worked for that money and the other did not.

There are the "why can't we care for our homeless veterans" and the opposing "why do you all of a sudden care about homeless vets?" Homeless vets have always been here, but all of a sudden people want to "care" about them (but still continue to do nothing to help them). I think people DO care, they just aren't sure what is in their power/ability to actually do anything to make a difference.

The first 10,000, of many 10,000 arrived in LA not too long ago...the article said a family of 4 will cost us, the taxpayer, over a quartar million dollars just in their first 5 years here. Free housing, healthcare, food, free money...so do the math. Fucking sickening. Not to mention who knows how many radicals are in these groups. Paris attacks are more than plausible here. I know one thing, my ass is getting an AR15 asap with a shitload of rounds and clips. I'm getting prepared for when shit hits the fan!

I'm not saying we should treat ISIS with kid gloves. I just think that we should be careful about collateral damage because even if you ignore the moral side, just from a strategic standpoint, it is counterproductive. Not easy to do, I agree but chumps like Trump should keep their mouths shut. Their "turn Syria into a glass factory" approach isn't going to work. It is just going to make this much much worse.
