Duke a few years back.



Bella. A pit we fostered for a couple years until her owner came back from deployment. Duke was so in love with her they would lay on the floor and kiss sloppy dog kisses until their faces were covered in foamy white slobber. Hated to let her go.

It really did. I was convinced he would see how happy she was and not want to take her back but as soon as she saw him she literally jumped up and into his arms. She did not forget him. Damn sad day for us. Beautiful day for them.
