The Russian mig waa not in escape mode, wings weren't folded back. It wasn't trying to escape and the latest Intel (albeit turkish) suggests that it could only have been in turkish air space for a matter of seconds and was shot down over syria

Dude there are tons of evidence shows that it was warned 10 times for five minutes straight. They just didn't wait ten more minutes to shoot after the last warning.

Exactly. The plane flew over that stretch in seconds only so how could they have been warned 10 times and hence why the fighter jet wasn't in escape wing back mode

Turkey is an absolute mess.

The jet was shot down by Turkey, but the pilots were shot by a rebel group in Syrian territory. From what I've read that group are ethnic Turks, backed by Turkey, and also fighting the Syrian government who Russia is backing. The rescue heli that went to search for the jet pilots was also destroyed by those rebels, using an anti-tank weapon supplied by the US. Yeah, shit just got real.
