So it's been a week or so since I gave the go ahead on gutting, cleaning and painting...Are you fucking kidding me??? This is ALL that's been done?!?!?!?

I paid them upfront, all of the $1500 for this. So I called the owner of the place to see wtf is/was going on. Long story short, they fucked up.

Assuming since I was not going to live in it right away, or anytime soon for that matter. They "put it off" due to other things that were behind lol.

So I gave them 2 options; give me my money or come off the price by $500...They took off $500 for the trouble.

I did mention to him that if I feel the quality of work is compromised due to the hefty discount, we will have Ricky Ricardo stop by, my alter ego:D Ricky don't play games when it comes to dinero$$$$$

So here are more pics(kinda same)...After it's painted and cleaned, I will work on getting appliances and such. My original budget was $7.5K, not much for the project.

I think I'll be able to get it done for this amount.

Yea the building is pretty cool. In that area, so many old buildings are being redone for condos and lofts as well. Funny thing is that smaller places are in high demand around New England. Many are buying and renting them put or just having them there. RI in the summer is fucking insane. That is one place I did frequent a lot during the summer.
