What? They don't advise health professionals to do anything with a tongue if someone is seizing. That is old school. You roll them on their side. Maybe Ray Charles would leave a bruise in that spot while holding someone's "jaw".Originally posted by Mr I View PostProbably making sure you didn't swallow your tongue and also holding your jaw
Looks like he hit the top of his buggy as he collapsed.

I imagine I hit the shelf in front and then fell backwards. I was trying to rip open a box of Raisens that's the last thing I remember. Felt like low blood sugar. It was stupid of me to train and then have a shake which spiked my slin levels and then eat nothing for like 2 hours trying to run errands. Add to that dbol speeds up and makes your body more efficient at using glycogen.
Dehydration... empty stomach... dbol... over training... low on sleep... = lights out hit the deck.
Taking 2 weeks off from gym. Gonna stay extra hydrated. Make sure I'm getting extra sleep and never repeat my mistake.

i'm not seriously injured from my little accident but I am having to take some time off due to the aches and pains of falling. I guess I put my arms out when i fell and sprained my shoulders a bit.
it's forced me to change my mindset for the moment to rest and relaxation. it can be a hard thing to do especially at the height of summer when i want to look my best. i just want to kill it in the gym.
i've also dropped the dbol for now and have extended the test and deca injection from E5D days to E7D. this allows me to lower adex dose to almost nothing so I figure less drugs the better right now.
hard for me to keep positive when im not at my best but being negative makes everything worse so I'm trying my hardest to avoid it. i was impressed by how Mr.I handled his injury ordeal in terms of his attitude so i'm aiming to copy that.

Yup! There is nothing like having an injury or two to get you out of that teenage bullshit line called whatever it takes. Lol.
Wait till you get another 10-15 year older. ;)
