crazy. just went back and read this thread. i don't remember the first few pages. don't remember posting or anything. they had me on some powerful drugs for pain those first few days.
Just now getting range of motion back into my shoulders. Still hurts a bit when I lift my arms up around ear level but considering I couldn't lift my arms more than 2 inches off my hip 2 weeks ago I'd say that's pretty good progress.

Yea got my staples out he checked my shoulders told me to stay hydrated and take another week before going back to the gym. Also referred me to a pain specialist to deal with the knots and tight muscles I have in my upper mid back. That's a big reason why I'm restless a lot and have a hard time sleeping. He thinks I may need cortisone shot in thoracic spine to calm some nerves that are agitated. Been dealing with that shit for years, time to deal with it and fix it.

Bouncer, I gotta say it's like reading my own post back when I had back issues
Feel like I could give you a big
Try not to worry, when you go back training, don't train to failure for a while, train to get movement and blood circulation but stop short. We don't want stiffness and dohms. We want to stay relaxed

In the hospital now. Blood work came back all good once again accept for CK levels. They were at 7000 3 week ago. They are now at 650. So it dropped over 6000 points. They want to get it down to normal with iv drip which should take about 3 hours. Fun fun.
They are a bit confused because almost everyone with high ck levels also has bad kidney numbers. My kidneys are clean as a whistle. Kidney numbers perfectly in range.
My liver enzymes dropped a shit load as well since dropping the dbol.
So just watch how hard you push in gym on AAS guys. Steroids push you past your body's limits and they block out the body's warning signs

I also have some kind of scar tissue along my spine which may be the reason I'm dealing with all the muscle spasms in my upper mid back. Might eventually have to get that clean up as well. Seems my body sort of repaired the damage by welding on scar tissue to support the spine.

Nah no live support but they are back to normal levels. No issues from CK levels. They were high according to my extreme lifestyle of training to the point of exhaustion. The fact that my kidneys are great proves it's a natural response by my body. It's slowly and surely coming down as I rest.
