Yes and no. Yes if you're new to crossfit or you're doing something completely new in crossfit.
No because Bouncer's training didn't change, all he changed was his PED use and diet.
And PED use made my training and cardio become more intense yet I kept drinking the same amount or water and kept sane clean diet. No doubt my body would have killed my energy levels long before I got to this point if I had been natty.
In other news, we may have found what has been cause the pain in my mid upper back I've been bitch about for years. Cat scan with contrast shows a cyst right in the area if the pain. It's pressing on a nerve near the spine. They are probably gonna have to drain that bitch with an 18 gauge in the back. Fuck dat. They better hit me up with an extra dose of Norco and morphine before that shit.
Tell you guys one thing, I understand how people can get addicted to morphine. Shit makes feel like everything is just gonna be all right. They wheel me around hospital and I'm just smiling like a retard.
Btw, before I came back to the ER I was getting a total of 2 hours of sleep per night for the last week . Mind can only take so much. Just could not get comfortable. Sleeping far better here.
This piss buckets aren't big enough for me. Nurse asked if it was all from one pee and I said "yup actually I had to cut it short and pull out." She giggled. :D
