There is a mental aspect I won't disagree with you on that.Originally posted by redback View PostI wouldn't do TRT I would totally stop. Just need to be mentally strong enough to do it.
But why ignore the fact that crashed hormone levels will physically slow recovery itself. A test level of zero is not a good thing in any way shape or form brother.
Even if my test levels do recover, that will take months. Those are valuable months I'll be hovering at super low hormone levels and slowing my recovery process down substantially. I'm not saying super high test levels are good for recovery either but dirt low test levels def wouldn't do me any favors. Especially considering my blood work is all good including cholesterol, liver, kidney, etc.. only thing that really fucked me up was orals which I'm probably done with. Maybe anavar in the future with high dose test, deca, Masteron. That's after I recover of course.

I've done PCT about twice in 20 years. It's never taken me more than 6 weeks to get normal levels back and that's even after running two years straight at one point. That's just my experience. To each their own. You are the only IMBECILE around here. Get an education and learn to spell you fucking retard. :wave:Originally posted by Mr I View PostYour an established imbicile

I think we disagree on how much elevated test levels are actually beneficial in this case. We aren't really talking about the kind of recovery from muscle breakdowm from training etc. In saying that I have no evidence. If it were me though I would just use it as a time to totally clean out my body. Each to their own though.Originally posted by Bouncer View PostThere is a mental aspect I won't disagree with you on that.

Like anythimg you can't overdo benzos the withdrawals are supposed to be horrible. If your bitch ass likes xanax then try phenibut it's legal and instead of acting on gaba a receptors it acts on gaba b. The combo of xanax and phenibut is good I heard.Originally posted by M00chie69 View PostOK now that we are over our lecturing you on getting hooked on Oxy, be careful and don't get hooked on Benzos....
But, I know that feeling. Xanax chills me out and makes me feel more a peace than anything I've ever taken.

I thought turbo was a juice boxOriginally posted by ssoyegun View PostI'd stay on trt levels. I've been on trt levels last year, then upped the ante... to me and from my Dr, they are harmless levels. May consider short pct, then trt levels. I'm Def no expert. Just my thoughts.

Anyhow why didn't doctors start you off on low dose 0.25 or 0.5 mg of xanax? From my u understanding Valium is the next step up if xanax therapy fails.

Benzos are used for a variety of health conditions and Valium is less potent than Xanax. Anxiety and/or alcohol withdrawal are about the two biggest issues that the medical community wants to see benzodiazepines prescribed. They are extremely over prescribed and routinely abused.Originally posted by TrapsBrah View PostI thought turbo was a juice box

Traps, valium is supposed to be better specifically for muscle spasms in the back which is my main problem. Secondly because of the constant spasms I tend to get aggravated and restless. He tried me on a few things in the hospital and valium and Norco were far and away best for my specific issue.
Can't wait to get Botox and cortisone injections to numb and relax the specific nerve around the microfracture responsible for all these god damn spasms in my upper back. Those knots in my back squeeze so god damn tight it feels like no blood flow or oxygen can get in. Soon as the meds kick in its like a rush of warm blood flow into those tight ass areas.
P.S. All the docs agreed that Soma is a dangerous drug so if anyone is on it here as a muscle relaxer consider changing it for something else. My PCP had put me on Soma and everytime I mentioned that at the hosptiol the Docs always made a face like "no we are taking you off that right now". Apparently it has terrable interactions with almost every drug it's taken with. add to the fact that its supposed to be a true muscle relaxer but it didn't relax my muscles anywhere near as good as valium does.
10/325mg Norco & 10mg Valium Every 4 hours takes my pain level from an 8 down to a 3 and more importantly it takes my stress and agitation from a very high level down to a level where I can actually lay down and relax and recover.

i understand that. deca is never part of a trt. but i explained my reason for including the deca. one of the few AAS that increases bone and collagen synthesis and soothes joints.Originally posted by Chadd77 View Post500mg/wk is not a trt dose.
test at 250mgs per week however has been prescribed as a trt dose. it's at the higher end but I have seen it even on this forum before.
mr.i never came off and he had a pretty damn serious spinal injury himself. i feel like if he had come of he wouldn't have been able to go about it in the same focused manner that he did to get it fixed.
i will come off probably this winter but I feel coming off at this point will through me into a pretty hard mental and physical crash that I just cannot deal with right now in an already weakened state.

Honestly bouncer. I support the idea of coming off completely for a minimum of 6 months. Understandable that you have never truly been 'off'. However, I think you should run a low trt for 2 months, get off and start your pct and then come back to the drawing board 4 months after that and reevaluate your situation. Give your body a break and let it do its job.
Honestly fuck the orals for a while. When you decide to get back on, find a cleaner source if possible.
Also, fuck the mental part of all this. It's between you and you, nobody else. Don't worry about anything or anybody else. You'll have muscle memory kick hard when you get back on and you'll be back to your 'prime' state in a matter of months. Look at Mr. I incline benching 315lbs after just got back in the gym. Just a matter of time. This is your life man, you get one chance at it. Play it smart and don't be an idiot.

thing is though dna, mr i never came off while he was going through all that. I'll come off but not while I'm dealing with the recovery issues, it would just be 1 to many things to deal with. i've lowered th dose and I've dropped the orals.

lucky we don't hang out often, i'd make sure you're off for a while man.
stop being a fucking idiot and for once go off!!!! i keep reading everyone posting and your responses, fucks sake man. but whatever bro, you're an idiot for even considering ANYTHING at all, period.
doesn't make you less of a man or human being by being your true self physically, and mentally? work on that as it happens, you have the ability to do it, yet you question yourself by NOT taking a break; weak bro:) This would be a good time to bring out the alpha and do its take over.
