Keep an eye on it. Some user's reported decreased battery life

I think I have noticed slightly worse battery life. Hopefully that'll be fixed next update.

Yeah same, it's not by much though.

Now that I've had it awhile I will say that the battery life after the update actually has been substantially lowered. 7.1.2 is coming out soon with big fixes, I'm hoping it fixes it. I would estimate my battery life lasts 3-4 hours less after the update... Not happy.

7.1.2 does indeed improve battery life.

Unplugged my phone 30 hours ago and it still has 5-6 hours left of regular use.

pixel launcher/assistant coming to 5x and 6p in next major android update.

Google Assistant might come to Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P with next "major" update

I joined the beta test program scrum.

You just enroll your phone and it will instantly be available to download.

7.1.2 fixes all the bugs you currently have installed. lol. you should see the list. thousands. was a shit release.

There is nothing new in 7.1.2 its literally just a series of fixes. It's not like beta testing a new OS.

Nice! Good to hear bouncer. I'm still on 7.1.1
Hopefully I'll get the update soon. Besides decreased battery life, I've noticed a bug that briefly freezes your phone when you go from your texting app to the home page.
