  • Well Fuck me, Injured again

    So Monday morning I wake up, hop out of bed and just crumble to the ground. Unbelievable pain in my left Achilles. Holy shit, can not walk, etc... Go so orthopedic surgeon yesterday and he said I had several hairline tears and a real bad case of tendonitis. Wearing a big fucking boot with a 6 inch lift for the next 6 weeks. On the plus side, I don't have a rotator tear like I thought I did, just tendonitis and inflammation. Got to tell you guys, I have torn rotators, biceps, acl, mcl, etc...
    This without a doubt was the most agonizing pain I've ever been in.

    Your fucking falling to pieces there troop... I feel your pain trust me. Hopefully you'll heal up right.. 6 in lift hu? I remember all we used to get was Chinese army shoes...flat as fuck...LMAO

      Hope you heal up soon brother. A buddy of mine tore his a year ago and said it was pretty painful.

        Appreciate it, doc said as long as I don't do anything stupid (but hey its what I do) it should heal on its own and wont require surgery. Guess I'll concentrate on upper body and diet for the next few weeks.

                  i think you should completely avoid the gym for a few months bro. i hated to do it myself but i think it helped the body as a whole. you do upper body only and you risk making the inflammation and tendinitis worse in rotators.

                  you need rest, anti inflammatory, gh if you can afford it and deca.

                    Been thinking about the deca for awhile now. Two weeks ago I stopped going all together. Doc prescribed me a 7 day prescription of some type of steroid/anti inflammatory pill. Kind of like a Z-pac 6 pills throughout the firsy day, then 5, 4, 3 so on. Shoulders actually feel pretty good. It's just the mental part of not hitting the weights that's hard.
