Yes and I do but instead of squatting heavy or leg pressing 13 plates a side to my ears I do light single leg movements.Originally posted by Chadd77 View PostAre you able to train legs at all?
It's not the same, I don't hold as muchildren mass there but it's more functional and I'm not going for big hypertrophy
Also as there is still instability I need to be careful. If I rolled an ankle on single leg press it wouldn't be pretty

Who cares how many plates you're pushing. It's awesome that you can train your legs.Originally posted by Mr I View PostYes and I do but instead of squatting heavy or leg pressing 13 plates a side to my ears I do light single leg movements.

I've switched my leg routine up last month and cut out squats and presses. Now I'm doing weighted sled sprints, extensions, and curls. I'll get back to squatting and pressing again but the change in routine feels great.
