  • Muscles tightening up

    You guy's ever experience muscles just tightening up out of no where? I worked back & bic this morning and I've done had the top of both four arms and one lat tighten up. It went away after a little moving but I've never experienced this. Could it be from test-c or not enough water?

    You talking about cramps. Yes they happen on occasion. Part of the territory.

      To be honest I've never experienced it like this. I've had my hamstring do it playing ball but never multiple muscles all around the same time. I didn't know if maybe I needed more water or what. Shit scared me at first. lol

        How much water are you not drinking? That helps quite a bit. I can't remember the last time I had a cramp, but I also drink over 1.5g's of water a day.

          you need plenty of water and sodium if your sweating a shitload.

              This is my problem then. I'm drinking around a 1/2 gal a day give or take. I sweat a lot in the gym. My shirt is always soaked and I'm not just saying this. I do bust my ass working out. I've got to drink more water. I see guy's bringing in gallons of water but I've always just walked to the fountain when thirsty. Thanks guys I'm just old school why bring a gallon of water when the fountain is right there...but now it makes since. lol

                Just drink more during the day. You don't need to bring a gal jug to gym. It's about total daily intake. Not just during a workout.

                    I normally walk to water fountain between each set when in the gym...it's only 30 seconds or so...min at the most...take a sip...then next set...boom
