    I've been doing a lot of the sled sprints lately. But I more than double his plates on the sled! :D

        If you look at the sled you can push on either side. The side he is using the hand placement can be much higher which means less resistance. I sprint using the high hand placement then use the reverse side (low hand placement) on the way back and take long slow strides - almost like you're doing lunges. I do this for about 20 minutes taking about a minute in between sets. I usually start with 90 lbs then keep increasing my weight but enough that I can still sprint. Only thing else I do for legs is curls and extensions. I'm enjoying the break from squats and presses. I'm sure I'll go back to those movements but I like the change for now.

          Those are cross training exercises correct? I'm asking because we don't have the equipment to do those exercises in our local weightlifting gym's here but there is a cross training gym in town that I've never been to.
