I never understood that. Why go in if you are going to run away or try to get out some other way. Post 911 you knew you were going to deploy when you signed up.
I use it for squats, front squats, lunges, deads, incline press, sometimes super light bench press, bent over rows, sometimes upright rows, reverse rows for posterior delts and shoulder press. Might be forgetting a few other things. Lol.
Shoulder press and shrugs.. That's about it.. I really can't do squats on the Smith.. feels awkward for me... and I do front squats starting with a power clean position and I know you can't do that on the Smith lol
