So many people knock it, I've done It myself...many talk shit but I promise you not one fucker on this board can do a third of the conditioning we do.
We do more than just what Bori said...we lift heavy as fuck too....the motions and workouts are designed for xfit, correct. But how does one get to lift that heavy? We train hard.

Oh..I'm sure I'd enjoy it bro. But honestly my joints/ tendons wouldn't. 20 years of humping Volkswagens on my back and about to turn 54 knowing myself...I'd be setting my self up for injuries.i watch them train in the xfit area of my gym when I'm running on the indoor track above them. You'd kill it. We have plenty of retired vets who compete..it takes time, time and tons of patience to be good at it

Yea but what I meant also Is i like the style of training as a bodybuilder. Dude i love everything that deals with athleticism. Crossfit is fun and I enjoy the challenges but I love bodybuilding way more. I love bicep curls, tricep pushdowns, leg extensions etc I love pushing blood into the muscle making it more swollen more pumped more tight whereas in crossfit it's more about endurance and defeating WODs. It's more sport-y and Bodybuilder is more douche-y lol. I love everything; powerlifting, crossfit, bodybuilding. But my favorite is bodybuilding or as I like to call it pump chasing lol. That's what I like to call it. Kinda like a drug, it's an addiction. High reps + high intensity is my absolute very way of working out.

I also enjoy bodybuilding as a sport, how massive these guys can get how round how full how striated their muscles can get. It's absolutely amazing. And from golden era to now there was a huge change in body composition. Can you imagine in another decade or so? How much bigger people are going to be able to get? It's already happening we are witnessing the evolution of bodybuilding slowly but surely with the whole CamelToe crew. I also like FEELING BIG and STRONG and most importanLy HEALTHY.

Rado, I wasn't bashing you in any way shape or form
You need to read carefully bro... you are talking as if you only do crossfit.. So I'm assuming you trained for strenght and conditioning like the elite fitters...
I didn't say you were a turd... actually they say that the human body should look like an elite crossfitter.. i.e. rich froning, Ben saunders, Matt Frasier etc.... some do body building workouts i.e. strict isolation movements... I just didn't know if you do or not...
As I said before I have done crossfit..my friend does it and he is very good at it.. I was in hella shape, but I wasn't growing... I wanted size...
