1.) Eviction laws are pretty resident friendly everywhere. It can take months in Ga to get a deadbeat renter out of the property. You like to yap about a lot of shit you don't know.
First of all I was genuinely trying to help Bouncer and give him advice based on my experiences. The two things that get you to come out of your shell. Saying something positive about Obama or California. Hello Turbo. You made a pretty broad statement there. So, I specifically said 'Texas' and you come in here talking about Georgia? What? And then told me I was yapping about something I know nothing about even though I've unfortunately lived in Texas before for temporary job assignment and now live in California (The two states I compared and have first hand experience with as I've lived in both. Have you lived in either? Nah.. )
Wow. 3 Days. Exactly as I 'yapped' about in my original post. Also California has rent control and is well known as being more friendly for tenants than landlords.
2.). Legit service animal? Not really a thing. Bouncer can claim a service animal just like rich white women claim their little poodle is for depression. The apartment complex isn't going to see if it is "legit", no such thing.
Strike two for Turbo. Now take your own advice and stop yapping like a poodle in a rich white woman's purse about things you know nothing about. And for some icing on this cake, an article citing the most friendly states for 'Landlords' evicting people. Texas is #1 and Georgia is in the top 5.
