Your in the ER like dna is in the fridge at midnight. It's a anxiety bro. You need to be on anxiety meds not coming off them, I think that's pretty clear.
Bori look into gabapentin. It's used by docs to help people come off some pretty strong addictions from multiple drug families. The drug itself is far less addictive.

It's possible withdrawal effects.. I don't get anxiety in the gym.. my damn brain felt like it was being crushed... never had this feeling and I still finish the work out...
I just rather me safe than sorry...
And no anxiety meds are no good.. to have to deal with anxiety.. this is how u overcome it.. not pill popping
I'm saying use a more mild drug (gabapentin) to ease the effects of withdrawal from a strong drug (Valium). Once you're past the withdrawal of Valium you'll have a much easier time coming off gabapentin. But if you'd rather suffer like this instead if even considering the option with your doctor then be my guest.
2 hour wait for the doc to talk to me for 2 mins to tell me nothing is wrong with me lol... ridiculous.. @ least put me in room an examine me...
B I will ask this doc about gabapentin.. he is not my regular psychiatrist so I got to bring all my paper work so he knows my history

Bro I don't see how this gabapentin helps.. It's an anti-convulsant med... the side effects look brutal...
No thanks.. I will suffer slowly

it's a CNS relaxer with far less addictive qualities compared to something like Valium. The medical community commonly use it to help people come off stronger drugs as it eases the withdrawal by acting on some of the same receptors.
go read a "side effects" profile of testosterone on a site like webmd. you would think testosterone is pretty much the worst thing ever invented if you didn't understand it.
think about prami. remember how bad you told the sides were, remember how you said you would never be caught dead using that shit based on what you read? guess what.. zero side effects. no issues whatsoever. granted I started very low dose thanks to you but I'm up to .3mgs ED without any issue.
my point to all this, you can't judge something with a half understanding based on interpretation of what you read on a website.
i was right about the ER wasn't I? you never mentioned what happened. basic panic attack/anxiety attack wasn't it?

Who knows... She didn't check me out.. Just ask me if my hands are limp or legs and if I can function...
Fact is, it felt like I had no oxygen in my brain for bout 10 seconds and my brain was being crushed..typical withdraw.... did I mention I'm a hypochondriac...
Can GH cause strokes? .3mgs of prami ain't that bad.. it's when you get to the .5mg-1mg range and I'm speaking pharma grade...
I will discuss alternative for my withdrawals... my CNS is just jacked
