So on my last db set for 120lb and kapow:rofl::rofl:around the :30 mark or so. But I get back up and finish for 7 rather than 10.
All bs aside, I keep feet up all the time. It makes it harder and not to mention, forces my core to tighten up even more. Easily thrown off balance if core isn't tight.
This particular bench here is rather slimmer than most ones in the gym.
I always go to my gym after the box to finish up a few things I normally wouldn't do at the box:D
