So I always shit on Bose in the past because they are overpriced.
I always had a nice home theater system but I got rid of all that shit when we moved to Cali. Just been using the speakers on the TV since we've been here. As you guys know TV's are so thin these days the speakers on them are absolute shit.
Costco had a Bose soundbar on sale so I decide to grab it. Never had a soundbar before, always had traditional speakers.
Anyway, I'm blown away by the sound quality of this thing. I'm not sure if soundbars have always been this good or if they have improved over the years but this thing sounds damn good. Crisp clear dialogue that doesn't distort even when the volume is jacked way up. What's more surprising is the bass that comes out of this thing. It fills the room with deep powerful sounding bass during explosions and action scenes.
Maybe I'm just used to the shitty tv speakers on a flat panel tv but this Bose soundbar has really surprised me.
