Feel your pain bro... Had to miss out on gym for 4 months after being misdiagnosed and MRI shows herniated disc...
Had me on all types of pain meds plus valium which got me back into That addiction.
Felt like a depressing fat slob. Lookimg 9 months preggo cause the meds gave me IBS...
Rest that up.. don't take to much ibuprofen.. tilidin works great... not sure the American name for it, but docs should prescribe you it... mild opioid
