Is it just me or did figure skating become unusually popular again? Maybe because of I, Tonya? Also, I did not realize the coverage started tonight. With, of course, figure skating. Opening ceremony is at 6am EST.

It's always been popular....in it's circles. I watched some last night.

i'll just copy and paste when I said and delete that other thread.

Gonna be interesting to see if any of the North Korean athletes try and stay in South Korea.

Russia as a country is banned but their athletes are allowed to compete. So if they win any medals the Olympic music will be played instead of the Russian National Anthem. Little strange.

You think that’s likely to happen? I mean, I can definitely see the motivation but I also think they wouldn’t risk anything happening to their families either.

Can I just say that the Norwegian curling team has the most unflattering yet captivating uniforms? But damn, they need a better dentist.

There were riots earlier today which was supposed to share these concerns. Not sure if that will help open their eyes a bit.

i don't mind her being there but man south korea is giving her the 5 star treatment. it looks like weakness from the outside. it looks like they are kissing her ass. kim jung un must be loving all this. south korea looks like a bunch of cucks in all this.

looking for peace is one thing but you can't bend over and show the world either. that south korean president seems gullible. he may not be but that's how it appears.

Men’s Biatholon was postponed due to weather to today. I can’t imagine how they stay focused in such cold weather even if it’s still optimal competing weather for them. I hate the cold.

The speeds they reach on that sled thing is nuts. Bori favorite "sport" of curling is always packed with action. :D

I'm glad to see young Americans competing and proud to stand alongside the flag. All is not lost..funny...they aren't paid millions either. They are doing it for the love of the game and represent their country at the same time. Props to # team USA!!
