That's what I thought. You can't explain any of these other "dominoes" that are about to fall because it's just a conspiracy at this point. We all know Trump is a liar. I just did some basic research and my intuition was correct. It's a Fox News, Alt-Right conspiracy theory that the FBI is out to get Trump.
Who are you going to believe? The honorable James Comey who is a republican and served the FBI for decades? or Donald Trump, the con-artist?
Then reaserch stuff before you claim conspiracy.....lmfao

Fired FBI Director James Comey is telling President Donald Trump that the American people will soon get to decide who is honorable and who is not.
Comey tweets Saturday: “Mr. President, the American people will hear my story very soon. And they can judge for themselves who is honorable and who is not.”
Comey has a book scheduled for release in April called “A Higher Loyalty.”
Trump fired Comey last May, citing the FBI investigation into possible collusion between Trump’s presidential campaign and Russia. Comey then revealed his unease over a series of conversations he had with Trump before his dismissal.
Comey’s No. 2, Andrew McCabe, was fired late Friday by Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
Trump has repeatedly accused Comey and McCabe of dishonesty.
Rip, what are the facts? This is something I don't follow. What are all of these other dominoes that are going to fall based on your first post? I'm genuinely asking because I don't know.
From what I understand, the conspiracy is that the FBI, a traditionally republican organization is in bed with Hillary Clinton and are out to get Trump, and are willing to lie and scheme in order to bring Trump down.
Please correct me if I'm wrong. I honestly don't know much about this.

Why don't you follow the facts of what the man actually did...instead of spinning it into a conspiracy? He fucking lied! But that's ok with you? FBI....they are supposed to be neutral...period...find follow facts..period..not omitt not cover not lie
Supposed to be of the highest integrity of any law enforcement agency...if you show any favoritism partisium your wrong...period.....he did this... Dontatter for who...or against...he's lost his intregrity he's not to be trusted. Period.

Just don't see the punishment as fitting the alleged crime, that's all. You take away a guy's pension for something pretty debatable.

He put himself in this position? Why? If he was honest..acting with integrity..he would not of lied...period...there a reason...it'll come out at some point man...just like all this other shit...right wrong...Dem...Republican...don't matter...the truth will come out and then we will all know....as I said a year ago...time will tell let it all come out...

Then don't complain about stuff being broken..you want to bend the rules based on emotional...this is one of the many reasons our government is the way it is...ahhh let it slide. It'll be ok.... No standards...no rules..shits not gonna work
Can't be fair with someone who makes a decision to break the rules...he didn't have to...he decided to..it's called responsibility for your actions scrum nothing more or less no matter who you are.

Ok, but this way, you've just convicted him without even a trial. The only thing on him now is that he *maybe* used bad judgment in allowing his staff to talk to reporters.
Rip, as you surely know being a career military guy, federal employees willingly give up higher salaries in the private sector to serve the country. A pension is their reward for turning down a lot of career earnings and serving. Taking that away is a judgment call that, I think, is petty and vindictive.
Anyway, that's my opinion, based on being a people manager for over 25 years. Not bringing any politics into this discussion. I'm talking purely from the standpoint of fairness.

But how long during his career did he do wrong? We will never know. So if a criminal got away with shit for 20 years then finally got caught doing something small...we should forget the rest? Really?

Regardless of what McCabe did, the guy gave 22 years of his life to the country. Firing him a day before he becomes eligible for his pension is the biggest dick move there is.
Whether you are Dem or Republican, you've got to agree that this is a pathetic, vindictive and totally unnecessary move by Trump. A billionaire kicking a working stiff purely out of spite.

I know a lot of people who served a long time. Several combat tours...then they get caught drunk driving...kicked out..no pension..those are the rules...this is why our countries political system is broken scrum..people let them get away with it..so your good with looking the other way ? Really....yet you complain about how our government is so fucked up..
Hypocriteical scrum....damn

Dude, at worst, this was a question of judgment on the part of McCabe. Crimes? It's not like he was stealing money from the department or somehow personally enriching himself. The guy is leaving anyway in two fucking days. Let him retire and move on.
