I would be surprised if this isn't mostly swept under the rug and gone after Thursdays news cycle. That or they will sort of scrub the info about it being a vegan with a middle eastern name and just call it another shooting.

yup. the tactic will be to sweep the details under the rug and instead add it to a number list of "mass shootings" because if more then 1 person is shot it's technically mass shooting even though when most people hear the term "mass shooting" think of something like the parkland or Vegas situation. So putting it in the "mass shooting" numbers list will serve the anti-gunners nicely. No matter the details they will always try to take advantage for their cause.
