      Why not just basic out door bike and/or jog? Assault bike is made for intensity.

        And Mercedes Benz makes AMG, doesn't mean I drove it like a lunatic when I had it.

        I can bench 405lbs, but I don't do it all the time.

        The assault bike has much more use than just the typical "balls to the walls" intensity.

                    Why wouldn't they do a stress test and echo right when it happened?

                    If it's such a crucial test that tells the doc what they need to know you would think they would have done those tests immediately.

                      Because if he was having a cardiac event, the stress test could make it worse or cause another event. And most times doctors will perform the tests after you’ve “recovered” since you are starting from a baseline. Kind of like taking blood work when you’ve fasted vs. just eaten a cheat meal.

                          I've been back lifting heavy bro. They basically told me that from blood work it was not a cardiac event...As mofo said.

                          Not once did they tell me to take it easy or not train. All they did was give me a referral for the stress test and echo.
