I rear ended someone

I wanted to merge and this lady purposely went farther right to block me from merging, she refused I'd pass her.

I just went around her and at that precise moment as I pass her, I look in the rear view mirror, SHE gives me the bird and that split second I had seen her finger; kapow!

My car actually ended up braking and swerving for me due to my split second of viewing a person in the mirror. We were under 25mph.

So luckily I've already been looking to get rid of the lease, it'll be 2yrs I've had in a couple of months, although the lease is 3yrs.

But looking at Pilots touring style or the XC60 R....not sure about the jeeps again. Been down that road 2yrs ago lol

I did pull into the lane ya dipshit...that particular area, those lines are all screwed up, no one was at fault, facts.


Trooper dismissed us both and gave us a report....nobody at fault due to lanes and construction.

The insurance can try and will get the monies for the damages, but that's it.
