Hence why no more damage was done...you guys can say or talk, but I'm not nor will I be at fault.
Fucks sake not sure why anyone is insisting otherwise, I was there and I have spoken to the proper people.
I am all set, other than having a banged up carSent from my SM-G955U using TapatalkOriginally posted by mofo View PostWait. You hit a car that was not the lady’s who was flipping he bird? Sounds like you’re going to be listed as “at fault” as far as insurance is concerned. You were distracted by another driver and hit the car in front.
Not trying to be a bitch (intentionally). Lol. Hope it all works out for you though.
As for future car choices, maybe one with rear-end collision assist? :D

You obviously can't follow, I hit someone else because of her....but what you don't realize or too stupid to comprehend, is the lane shifting, cones, etc.....
THAT is what gets me cleared, period.
If anyone thinks for one second that rear ending makes an AUTOMATIC fault, you're wrong.
But regardless of this outcome, who cares[emoji4]Sent from my SM-G955U using TapatalkOriginally posted by Bouncer View Postso you hit the lady giving you the finger or you were distracted by her and hit someone else from behind?

This board is about the only idiot's who can't seem to comprehend, everyone else that I've said this, well they get it.Originally posted by mofo View PostHe made it seem like he passed the lady, looked in the read view and saw her flipping him off and hit another car in front of him. Rado is the worst story teller here. But he has pictures!
If it were not for my safety systems, it would have been worse I'm sure.

So quick google search explains that MA is a “no fault” state meaning that you won’t be responsible for any personal damages and are protected from personal lawsuits due to the accident up to a certain dollar amount. However, due to how insurance works, there is still fault needing to be placed to see who’s insurance will foot the bill for repairs. I’m sure the other car’s insurance will try to place fault on you. Your insurance may say you’re not at fault but it all depends on the other vehicle. But you do have the police report in your favor which is good.

Umm no police report or citation was given....nobody at fault and your post on your Google find, is vague.
Again, in new England this happens all the time and it ends up like this, both parties walk away.
Not being a dick to you, but bouncer many times needs to just stfu, and you too[emoji16]Sent from my SM-G955U using TapatalkOriginally posted by mofo View PostSo quick google search explains that MA is a “no fault” state meaning that you won’t be responsible for any personal damages and are protected from personal lawsuits due to the accident up to a certain dollar amount.
