-Lowered my test dosage down to 200mg.
-Change in diet. Less carbs/sugars. More veggies and fats.
-cardio (running, but recently cycling) with short bursts of high intensity. Kinda like a poor mans HIIT. What i mean is there was no strict gameplay. Just allout intensity when i wanted to for how long i felt like it
Also went to the doc last week everything is fine. Heart health is great, bp and hr are stable and in the norm.
Heres an update. Obviously still not as lean. Actually just a bit fuller. Cuz i been eating maintenance and cut the cardio. Probably gonna keep it like this for a bit. Then its back to grind time
