i couldn't wake up this morning for my cardio b/c i was all achy, and my thoart hurt right now. i started coughing b/c i felt a frog in my thoart at the gym uncontrollably.

i did not get the flu shot this year b/c i was too busy running around.

chicken soup. I woke up with a sore throat today and have been downing green tea, vitamin E, C and ALA. I have a martial arts test tonight so it figures.

Flu shots are the freaking cause of it. I'm trying to keep myself safe and clear outta it all winter.

Sana...hope you feel better quickly. If it's the new flu the flu shot wouldn't have helped you anyway so don't kick yourself about it. Take your vitamins (load up on zinc and vit. c), drink lots, and get pleanty of rest this weekend. :kiss:

load up Vit-C, Drink half a bottle of Ny-quil before bed and sleep in tomorrow you'll feel find in the morning.

It always works for me.

BTW - the flu shot is EVIL. every year they made us get them in the Marines and every year I got the flu.
I haven't had a shot in the six year I've been out and haven't had the flu once.
