I've heard it could be bad for them if you wake them up when they sleep walk, but I'm not sure, don't know anyone that does.

nah, I wake up my wife all the time when she is sleep walking and she just feels embarrassed and laughs.Comment

My daughter does it when I wake her up to get out of my bed usually. She talks mostly in words that don't make any sense. She gets very annoyed at me too. I've seen her sleep walk on her own only a few times.
Stromba used to sleep walk and turn on all the lights in his house from the basement up to the 2nd floor. LOL

Ya I sleep walk and talk want to fight about it.. lol serious me my dad and my brother.. killed a man just the other day while doing it,... hehehehhe i do have sleep trouble though it sucks assComment
