I can't find the article, but in a nutrition action health letter they were talking about being sick and working out. They said that from research and studies taken that people who stayed active while mild to moderately sick recovered almost 40% faster. I don't remember the reasoning behind it but it did make sense and sound valid. I always get my rest but make sure I have active periods also. The best supp. for colds and flus are zinc and complex b's both are critical to immune function.
