    how many acetaminophen are you taking a day? if it is only a small amount for a short period of time you will be fine.

      I'm on my meds for 10 days total I've done 2 days so far.I only take one 1000mg dose in the morning and thats it for the day.I'll need it for 10 days total unless these morning headaches tamper off.

          you will be fine if you dont make habit of taking them. use ONLY when needed.

            The original article was referring to every day use for those who take pain relievers due to chronic pain. Occasional use is not going to hinder your gains significantly.
