How do you know it's low test? Have you been tested before?

Other than the question mark in the title the post itself doesn't sound like anything similar to a question - more like a series of statements he is supporting the title with - that's why I asked though...

I'm sorry but the low libido might just be you growing up/growing into your relationship - maybe the irritability is the girlfriend and the job and the stress of having just graduated etc - most life changing events like the ones you're going through can all affect things like you being tired or not sleeping well or being irritable but not for long periods of time unless you *let* them - either way I would be highly shocked if your test levels are actually all that low....
