It fucking hurts like a bastard tho man - honestly just real tired of waiting for the next thing to tell me what's wrong to find out the same shit: my liver hurts like fuck. Sorry but it's a ranting type of situation.
no i dont blame you for wanting to rant.

this is pretty odd. could there be any supplements your taking, any food your eating, and liquid your drinking that is some how tainted with something?

i never heard of liver values raising like this when you are NOT taking any kind of drug and living a healthy life.

thx bro - when your ALT values go from 48 - 129 - 240 etc .... when you get CLEAN - it's like wtf? I can't tell you how fucked up and long methadone w/d's are. If the specialist finds nothing abnormal I will be pretty well set on the fact it's the long term sides that can take months not weeks.

The long term withdrawal sides from methadone can take months (getting back to normal sleep, stomach keeping food in solids - nuts aching like crazy). Only reason I bring this up is because it could be a cause / culprit in it.

I'm dieting down - training for the pump is all I really do now anyway lol, I had to cut out deads / squats / pullovers - but aside from that I'm 10-12 rep range and just squeezing it out bro - I'd over train way to easily right now - trying to respect my body in that regard.

    I'm not taking any meds bro - haven't been for a bit. I drink about 1-1.5 gallons a day - I take milk thistle 3x a day.

My blood panel was done twice specifically for the liver - the only thing elevated was my ALT values - I'm going to see a GI specialist - got the ref last friday from my doc - will see where it goes from there. Right now it's just a pain, literally lol.

I have a few theories about it but I'm just trying to ignore it and just eat clean drink my water and keep going with life, nothing I can do about it now but :weights:

I have to go in tomorrow for ultrasound of my entire abdomen - the whole 8 hours no food prior etc, I'm just curious if you guys have ever had this done and if so are the results like an ekg once it's done it's done and they can show/tell you what's up if anything right there?
