        back from docs 128/80 bp. It really is the breathing. However, my doctor found it unusual that my face was beat red and looked like chipmunk cheeks, yet my waist is 2 " down and I'm up 17 lbs since she saw me 3 months ago lmao. :D

          well, shit kinda changed, my ear started to bleed after training - not bad, but I just got back from ER - had a small brain hemorrhage - so that explains a good fucking deal. Gotta chill out for a few now, fucking sucks, i want to train.

              been back to train once since, fucking bed rest is awful, I've never been so ancy in my life - no head aches to speak of - trainer monitors BP and what not, I do think a week and change away from the gym actually probably benefited my body, still not what I like to do.
