been back to train once since, fucking bed rest is awful, I've never been so ancy in my life - no head aches to speak of - trainer monitors BP and what not, I do think a week and change away from the gym actually probably benefited my body, still not what I like to do.

that's no good bro, take it easy.Originally posted by the art of war View Postwell, shit kinda changed, my ear started to bleed after training - not bad, but I just got back from ER - had a small brain hemorrhage - so that explains a good fucking deal. Gotta chill out for a few now, fucking sucks, i want to train.

back from docs 128/80 bp. It really is the breathing. However, my doctor found it unusual that my face was beat red and looked like chipmunk cheeks, yet my waist is 2 " down and I'm up 17 lbs since she saw me 3 months ago lmao. :D

if you are worrying about things like holding your breath you are not lifting hard enough! :D

I tend to hold my breath as well; getting better at it but it still happens; I try to take a big breathe every time I am bringing the weight back.

No problem bro, what you were doing is very common. I'm glad you were able to correct the problem.Originally posted by the art of war View PostI made my training partner watch me - we found where the problem was with my breathing and the problem is now almost gone completely - it was really out of hand, my left eye would start to tear up and the vein would bulge out of my head. Glad that I have a good partner and thank you for the advice bro.

Is this a matter of cardiovascular conditioning or is it simply the weight and strain increasing the blood flow and my head exploding (lol) ?
