so after about a year of testing the doctors couldn't find anything wrong with me (i've had stomach issues most of my life). so today i got my final results and my doc told me i have IBS which i believe is just a diagnosis they give you when they don't know what's fucking wrong with you.
my question is, does anyone have this problem? now that i know i'm stuck with this problem, i'll have to change my diet completely. i'm hearing stay away from whole wheat and red meat and a bunch of other shit i eat on a daily basis like broccoli, possibly dairy, and other fruits and veggies.
if someone has IBS of you know someone that has it, let me know how you keep a good diet while still benefiting from the gym
