lol i swear if i did that, i'd shit everywhere.
but in all seriousness, i had pancreatitis and thats apparently gone but i still always get pain every morning no matter what i eat and it's not just nervous stomach. it's a sharp and really uncomfortable pain that doesn't go away until i shit. i'm thinking of coming south of the border to get more tests done to see if they can find anything. canadian health care is not nearly advanced as the U.S. from what i'm told

its all or none you realize that right? you cant go partial gluten free... i would also strongly consider casein free too. 2 weeks to clear from your system but you should start noticing a difference right away.

US healthcare is great if you have good insurance. if you dont then you are fucked, they will charge you out the ass for the smallest of things.

my family went to the twin cities 2 years ago and my dad was having a lot of pain so he finally agreed to go to the hospital (he wanted to wait to get to canada), and he found out he had several blood clots. my mom and dad couldn't believe how good care they got from the doctors. anyways, he got a bunch of pain killers and blood thinners and we shortened our trip and bolted straight back home to further treatment.

thats why i was wanting to go to the states because of their care they provide. where in canada we don't have to pay, the care we get is ridiculous. waiting months just for simple tests, doctors not explaining shit, etc... but it turns out my insurance isn't the same as my dads so i wouldn't be covered in the states. so there goes that idea

my question is, does anyone have this problem? now that i know i'm stuck with this problem, i'll have to change my diet completely. i'm hearing stay away from whole wheat and red meat and a bunch of other shit i eat on a daily basis like broccoli, possibly dairy, and other fruits and veggies.

if someone has IBS of you know someone that has it, let me know how you keep a good diet while still benefiting from the gym
Watch your diet super closely. Eliminate ANY food that causes you stomach distress. Get yourself on a quality brand probiotic too,,,that will help you greatly.
