  • So my resting heart rate is 100 bpm

Was counting my bpm on the treadmill yesterday and walking at only 3 mph it is 140-145 bpm. Sitting here on the computer its 100 bpm.

Been running low dose t3 because rocket told me my thyroid would shut down on gh and that I should run it low dose. Guy is prob just trying to kill me.

Anyway, i'm gonna lower the dose from 40mcg to 20mcg and then off.

Its not pounding or anything just feels normal, would never know unless you counted. :panic:

Damn son... I get like that when my anxiety is up. I took a 1mg of my script and im at 76 right now.

Ive been in the 100bpm area/resting before though. Freaked me out. Good luck.

Bouncer that isn't good. Are you sure you aren't anxious when measuring it? Try to relax, meditate and then read it again.

Have someone else take it. If that's truly your resting heart rate, that's not ok. All I'm going to say :x

its 114 resting right now but i ate a ton of shit food and had a bunch of drinks.

havent taken the t3 since yesterday, will be interesting to see what it is in the morning.

may also have something to do with my pre workout drink, has all kinds of stims in it.

its pretty easy to take it myself with the stop watch on my phone and my fingers. not sure why i would need someone else to tell me what i already know.

I was just saying its easy to measure bpm is all. I obviously realize there is an an issue and have addressed it. Not like I don't give a shit.

I would suggest taking bp, blood glucose' and HR measurements everyday for a week or two.

Would do fasting and post prandial glucose testing each day. Get a good baseline of your levels.

just going to continue to count BPM with the t3 removed.

t3 has a 36 hour half life i believe so i am expecting it to drop soon.
