I think the biggest thing that concerns me, and first off I am guilty of it as well, I roll an energy drink a day, sometimes more depending on work tempo, is that they are, as well as preworkout supplements completely unregulated by the FDA, or anyone really for that matter. Much of the naturopathic or herbal ingredients are also stimulant in nature..so when you read that you're getting 240mg of caffeine in a can or scoop, that doesn't take into consideration the dosage of these additional ingredients that also elevate your heart rate, raise your blood pressure and contribute to vaso-constriction or vaso-dilation. Its something that I have tried to be aware of more recently and, honestly as I get older lol. You just don't really think about it at the time your taking it.
Additionally, many of the ingredients counteract each other making me wonder other than the stimulant factor what the long term affect is. A good example is AAKG (essentially Nitrous Oxide--the pump). They put that in for vascular dilation...dilation of blood vessels, which allows more blood to flow etc. But they also put a shit ton of caffeine in, which is a leading vasoconstrictor..hell I have my guys that suffer migraines drink coffee to help because of this.I don't know of any long term study of this typical push pull methodology in these supplements but I do wonder about the long term risk and effect on the cardiovascular system as a whole. Anyway just putting it out there, I have seriously limited my intake after some research, and as your heart rate is at a place it should not be for a person of your overall health--your heart rate is way to fucking high--- figured I would put some thoughts out there.

There has to be some long term affects. When your heart rate is that high, you sympathetic nervous system kicks in to "fight or flight" mode to quickly serve and protect. It is not meant to be running constantly, or that often. Your other post about the heart being a pump was spot on. Heart rate and blood pressure are not to be taken lightly. Every system in your body is finely tuned for homeostasis. When you start taking it upon yourself to change the way it functions, then you are asking for problems.

In most cases elevateed heart rate durring workout is no biggie and ok. but for just doing nothing and it is still high that is not good.
I think BLM and turbo are ok using this stuff as it gets jacked while on and working out then lowers like it should. no problems there at all.

Either post a picture or just stfu. And even if everything you say is true I call bs on your 51 bpm heart rate. I've been a trainer all my life and I know exactly what it takes to get down to 51 bpm resting heart rate and I'm telling you, you can't get there by working 30 hours a week and kicking back on the beach rest of the time.
So again...pic or stfu.
I have read up to here, and I just wanted to say, coming from someone who doesn't know anyone well - the guy who posted the picture of the gay dude was deff trying to pretend to be him... A little pathetic....
Btw, Bouncer what was it that made ur heart rate go like that? Did u figure it out?

#1 i am a naturally stressed and tense person.
#2 i'm on drugs. lets call it what it is. im on 500mgs of test, 4iu GH, and was on t3.
#3 Preworkout stims like Ceullor C4 preworkout drinks with all kinds of shit in it.
the good news though is that my rest heart rate while still high is a bit lower and it was down by 10 on the treadmill yesterday.

Bouncer,
Thanks for the response!
Bro, I don't see how GH and test would put your heart to be above normal beat, if anything GH would probably lower the rate, but I could be wrong.
I don't know enough about T3 to talk about it, but my guess would be that it was the T3.
I don't think the pre-workout stim did it by itself, maybe a combination of T3 and that - but again, I wouldn't place my bets on it.
How long are you planning on taking the T3? I'm interested to see if it will lower to normal rate after you stop...

gh and test can raise blood pressure and thus heart rate. from about a month in after starting the gh my face, head, and hands all kind of felt like high pressure i guess you could say. may be the fillers they put in the gh.
im not taking the t3 anymore and dont plan to. i dont need it, was just being stupid using it.

Good point, and from the looks of it, it wasn't the T3 was it?Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View Postgh and test can raise blood pressure and thus heart rate. from about a month in after starting the gh my face, head, and hands all kind of felt like high pressure i guess you could say. may be the fillers they put in the gh.

While you guys do have a point I need to to run it low dose (100mgs) per week to see what happens. if no sides i may slowly bump it up month by month to find my sweet spot dosage. if i do get sides at 100mgs well then i know i can write tren off for good. and no, i have no interest in cabergoline and all that shit. if i get sides from 100mgs my body just doesnt want tren and i am coming off.

I can accept that. I wouldnt run caber either fuck it like you said if your body dont want it bad enough at 100mgs it just aint for you!Originally posted by THE BOUNCER View PostWhile you guys do have a point I need to to run it low dose (100mgs) per week to see what happens. if no sides i may slowly bump it up month by month to find my sweet spot dosage. if i do get sides at 100mgs well then i know i can write tren off for good. and no, i have no interest in cabergoline and all that shit. if i get sides from 100mgs my body just doesnt want tren and i am coming off.
