I was hoping you got your BP tested today. Go buy a BP machine or go to a fire station and they'll take it no questions asked man. Im a firefighter so I know, walk in and just ask to get you bp taking and they say ok, take it and your done.

If you haven't done so, I think donating blood may help as well. Looks like thick blood, but what do I know...All I see is a picture with huge veins. Get tested B

Lucked out and one of the trainers at my gym had one at home and brought it in today. 130/90. She said that's not horrible but its not perfect.

I didn't make an appointment yet but I did talk to quite a few people about it. Everyone just seems to think its normal vascularity for my bf%. I will go see a doc but I feel like blood pressure was the main concern.

BP of 130/90 running gear isn't too horrible but you should think about taking something to lower it especially given your lifestyle. The thing to remember is that bottom number is your diastolic number or essentially when your heart is supposed to be at rest, and honestly the more important one. 130 is borderline hypertension but at 90 there aren't too many that wouldn't consider it hypertensive and that you should lower it somehow.

The vein issue could and is probably completely related to the totality of circumstance...meaning diet, gear, working out, and any other supplementation. Without looking at you from head to toe I couldn't say for sure that there was not a problem but I would think the size and vascular aspect is related to how you're training overall. Thick blood per se isn't indicative of high blood pressure although it can contribute. What thick blood does do is increase your risk for stroke hands down. When you couple this with elevated pressure on the arterial walls it can become problematic..meaning you can fuck yourself up. Bottom line, and you know this;), get your bloodwork done and find out where your at.

It can be due to the overweight.. I don't have any idea about this..
I suggest you please visit your doctor.. It's looking so wired..
I really don't want to see this and I can understand your pain as well..

I just wish I had more information to give. But the most important thing to do now is to see a doctor.
