Unless you're a distance runner, that's low. Of course it's low if you just woke up, but what about now? And how/where are you measuring?

I don't know what your problem with me is, but congratulations on now having one person left to converse with on a "discussion" board.

Lolz, actually the reasoni skip many ofyour posts is because theyseem to be a T up for a negative follow up. So rather than have conflict I just don't enable.

I thought it was just a phase you were going through but..I'm comfortable with not conversing for same reason.

43 is insane low. I think you are messing up. your way to big and i doubt you have cardio of a triathlete or something even crazier?
now i never see you posting about doing cardio so i assume you don't. by cardio i don't mean walking on treadmill i mean HIT training.

One time I posted about doing a cardio only session and just held at about 170bpm for half hour before going in to do intermittent HIT on a stationary bike and you wete like "fuck thats high"

Saying that im not a marathin runner by a long stretch. It was 43 kn awakening then 55 bouy a hour later, electrknically tested very accurate. After training legs and low cardio tiday it stayed a lil elevated for couple hours

Here is a good article about new guideline for a more accurate max HR calculation. Granted at the end during cardio heart rates are about the same but it's just a new info.

And Mr I I dunno about your 43bpm resting heart rate. Were you eating chips while you were counting? Because you missed a whole bunch.
