I'm fine with you not conversing with me, but your argument about my posts being a "T up for a negative follow up" make no sense. You post a statement about your heart rate being low. What was the purpose if you didn't want a response? Were we all supposed to think you were an Olympic athlete and that's why you have an abnormal heart rate? Were we supposed to compete and state who has the lowest? I replied with concern, because that isn't a normal number. I wasn't talking out of my ass, and I wasn't a BIT negative to you. Every day I go to the hospital, guess what the first thing I do is? Assess my patient - heart rate included. Maybe you weren't aware that there is reason for concern with a low heart rate, maybe you didn't know that a peripheral pulse and a heart rate don't always match up, maybe you didn't know where to take the most accurate heart rate, or where the apex of the heart is. But since you already know everything, now I know not to show concern ever again. Rocket comes along and says you're doing it incorrectly, and you "like" the comment. So obviously, you have an issue with me.
The idea behind a discussion board, is that different people know different things, have different experiences and different opinions. I know for a fact I am one of the most caring people on this board, and I have always been that way.

lol well that explains why you held a 170 BPM cuz your heart rate is a lot slower than mine and most others. at 170 according to my polaris heart rate monitor my heart is about to blow outta my chest. this is when i was in extremely good shape before my last fightOriginally posted by Mr incredible View PostOne time I posted about doing a cardio only session and just held at about 170bpm for half hour before going in to do intermittent HIT on a stationary bike and you wete like "fuck thats high"
Saying that im not a marathin runner by a long stretch. It was 43 kn awakening then 55 bouy a hour later, electrknically tested very accurate. After training legs and low cardio tiday it stayed a lil elevated for couple hours
