Bouncer taking the time off has actually helped me physically elsewhere and phsycologically because I've got other things to think about and being flat lined has actually given me time and perspective

One thing I would say is I was running anavar . It could be pure coincidence but as we know anavar is a hardener. I've heard many people say that while running it they get more aches and pains. I just wonder if it increased the likelihood of the muscles (periformas ) tightening and knotting.

Same here bro but I've been on very low dose Deca with my high dose test and the effect on my joints has been amazing. Shit works for therapeutic use at really low dose. I'm running 75mgs E5D without issue. I really think its worth a shot bro. IMO its a better anti inflammatory than ibuprofen even at 75mgs E5D.

Anything higher and I get sides. 200mgs a week and I'd have tits the size of beasts.

Didn't get much sleep last night as it's hard to get comfortable but it's a tad better.

Going to try and reduce the codeine intake and rely more on paracetamol /tylenol while keeping the naproxim in there. The codeine isn't good for your heart.

Also got a microwaveable reverse bumbag which I strap on and seems to ease pain

I don't believe kratom is bad for the heart and it's pain killing properties are very strong.

you're not alone brother. went to bed at midnight and it's now 4:30am would normally be 5:30am but the fucken clock change means im sitting here at 4:30am wide awake like an asshole.

i get muscle spasems in upper traps into mid back that make it imposable to get comfortable in any position.

i find that pain can really make you cold to other people. it alsmost like you want the other person to understand what your going through.

Bouncer, always wear a tshirt to bed, thus helped stop shoulder spasms for me in the past keeping it free from draft

its something deeper than that bro. i think it's postural and made worse by any sort of stress/anxiety. when it's bad i can think of nothing else but the pain, it completely dominates. the only thing that touches the pain when it's really locked up and causing nerve pain is tramadol. i'll take 1 pill every 6-8 hours when its bad and that settles it a bit.

Have you tried valium /diazepam? Sounds like your treating the symptom when in fact the cause needs a muscle relaxant
