Well I must say that today I am feeling more improved. I don't realistically think it could be the deca shot last night but either way I'm definitely on the mend.

Standing and moving almost homosapien now. Codeine gone, NSAIDS gone, diazepam gone. Appetite returning. Tylenol only now.

Some compensatory issues to deal with on account of tge prolonged poor posture, but I'm coming back fast now.

Being outside in nature is one of the best things you can do for the mind. No matter how I'm feeling a walk with my dogs outdoors makes everything better. Birds singing, fresh air, blue skies, it all about getting back to our roots. Do it as much as you can bro.

While the lower back is good now the hammies and periformas as so tight I get night pains.

Up at 430 in pain. Hot bath and hammie stretches are painful but the only release

                    • Twins bro. I'm up every morning around 4 with upper/mid back spasms so tight it makes me grit my teeth.

                        • First full workout done last night. Trained back. I'm going to avoid bent rows and deadlift for a month or so as I settle back in and stick to high repetitions for a while.

One thing I found useful in between sets is to create traction by seating myself thighs held down by the pads on the hammer strength lat pull down, loading up with five plates a side and just holding the handles feeling my lower back get stretched out

                            • Shut up, if I'd rake anything that successfully masked the pain I would be paralysed now.

Pain indicated a problem.that heeds addressing much of the time.
