So I eat between 45 mins to 1 hour before my workout...
I go straight to the gym after noon right after work..
I always eat either chicken and rice or chicken or tuna..
I'M bloated as hell when I get to the gym
What you guys do to minimize the bloat..
I don't drink during my meal.. I wait about half an hour
