    So I eat between 45 mins to 1 hour before my workout...

    I go straight to the gym after noon right after work..

    I always eat either chicken and rice or chicken or tuna..

    I'M bloated as hell when I get to the gym

    What you guys do to minimize the bloat..

    I don't drink during my meal.. I wait about half an hour

    I train fasting. Need more fiber in your foods

      I don't train fasted brah.. need my carbs.. Cause after my workout I do 40 mins cardio
      And I ain't waking up early to do that..
      My sleep sucks as it is..

      I eat avocados beans with lunch

      Almonds banana cottage cheese 1 hour prior to my lunch

        I mean it's one or the other bro. You're feeling bloated because of what's in your stomach while you train. So you either lighten up the meal before you train or you will continue to feel that way.

        I don't train fasted but I do only have a banana and a protein shake about an hour before training in the morning.

        Maybe cut out the beans and eat them in other meals.

        Bottom line is you got shit digesting in your stomach while you train. So keep that meal light. Chicken and rice and a little avacado, kill the beans and eat them in other meals.

          I gota eat bro.. I train intense as fuck since I cut my training times ...
          What I notice that help me today is I eat slow and chewed more. Took me almost an hour to finish my food while I work..

              Bro I think you can tell by me and rados avatar that we don't exactly train like little girls in the gym either lol.

              Just try making the meal a bit smaller, have a banana on way to gym and pwo shake immediately after. Cut the beans from the preworkout meal. Fucken beans turn me into a bloated farting mess for hours.

                Seriously it's like 4 beans and salsa with oregano..

                I work in the kitchen so I prep the spices and we got tones of chicken..

                I ran out of my HBCD that I take intraworkout.. that's why I been eating 1 hour prior

                I will eat bout 1 hour and a half before my work out.

                When I'm off on weekends I don't have this problem cause I have my breakfast then train an hour later

                  It's taken me a while to adjust my body to not have food when i train, i too bust my ass, empty stomach...glycemic? Have a banana on hand as i do....

                    Yea it's just all the food you've eaten through the day sitting in your stomach. I always hated training late in the day. Morning is where it's at.

                    Yes I'm homeless and post from the forest most days. Sometimes from the river while I bathe. Lol
