      about that time, yes. Sometimes it's been longer. IMO best fat burner you can do. Keep in mind that my cardio is running, 4 miles. Most that do cardio, walk or fast pace
      You won't find many guys my size that will run at my pace or length. That definitely keeps my fat low and probably catabolic at times, which is no good....but i enjoy running.

      And im slow...most of the guys at the box, pace 7mns or less.

          5 to 6 good large size lemons, will make a nice gallon of lemon juice. Obviously adjust the sourness based on your liking.

          Get up in the AM, get coffee or whatever you have for energy/caffeine, your lemon water...lift first then cardio as normal after lifting..

                So during my fasted cardio.. I felt pretty good.. Was a lil dizzy, but it went away after awhile...

                Waited 20 mins cause I was talking to ol girl that works in the gym and a buddy

                So my dumb ass ended up downing a protein shake with oats very fast. Ate a banana walking back home and I ended up vomiting due to upset stomach lol..

                I have not vomit in years, but I had to let that out

                  Yea just be careful with the dizziness bro. Make sure you always got some quick acting carbs like Gatorade on hand. I learned the heard way. Lol

                        Yes I did.. woke up at 630 am.. cardio at 7am for 50 mins...

                        10-15 percent incline keeping HR 120-130..

                        Honestly it wasn't that bad, but I started to get hungry at the end..

                        I can't imagine lifting fasted.. Idk how Rado does it...

                          Honestly I should of went straight home after the workout instead of chit chatting with people...

                          I started to feel a lil hypo and downed my shake..

                          I live a few minutes walking from the gym, but them few mins felt like 30

                            Rados head is literally only about 4 feet from the ground so blood doesn't have very far to travel. For anyone above hobbit height it's tougher. :D

                            No I agree. Fasted cardio I can understand but fasted training absolutely not. It works for Rado but no fucken way I'd do it. Then again I'd never have a large meal before gym either, I'd feel like a sluggish turd.

                            For me it's coffee, shake, banana, take a shit, go to gym. Works a treat. :D

                              Haha.. dude I'm 5'6..

                              I guess it's about the body adjusting to the changes but it takes time and time I do not have :)

                              I got a bunch of dnp laying around , but it's starting to get warm and I hate taking this stuff in the summer and @ least I feel like I accomplish something without them "fatburners"

                              I might do early morning training with that banana protein thing or some oats..
